Crecen caracoles en nuestro cole
En la clas
e de primero los alumnos y alumnas han creado un pequeño terrario, en el que viven varios caracoles, los han cuidado durante meses alimentándolos con lechuga y cáscara de huevo cocido.
La sorpresa se la llevaron el pasado lunes cuando vieron que los caracoles habían puesto huevos. Estamos esperando para ver salir a los primeros caracoles criados en el Colegio de Los Molinos.
El próximo jueves, visitará nuestro centro Lorenzo Albaladejo, un atleta paralímpico campeón de España en la categoría T38 de atletismo. Podremos conocer toda su historia hasta llegar a ser un deportista de élite.
En esta visita nos enseñará los valores que marcan su vida: solidaridad, respeto, compañerismo, superación, esfuerzo…
Hasta ahora hemos estado trabajando con los artículos que él publica todos los domingos en el periódico de «La Verdad», donde hemos podido aprender que lo más importante en el deporte es «Formar campeones y no deformar personas», es decir, formar personas felices y no campeones tristes.

Los Molinos, «Un país de cuento»
El pasado martes 9 de febrero, celebramos el carnaval con todos los colegios de la localidad.
Este año nuestro colegio iba disfrazado de personajes de cuento: Peter Pan, Campanilla, El hada Azul y Pinocho, El soldadito de plomo y la bailarina, Caperucita Roja, el lobo, la abuela, el leñador, brujas, el hombre de hojalata… nos acompañaron en aquella tarde divertida y mágica.
En el desfile lo comenzamos en nuestro colegio y continuamos por las calles del centro de la localidad, interpretamos la coreografía de dos canciones que habíamos ensayado en nuestro centro.
Nos divertimos mucho, el premio nos esperaba al final del desfile con fritillas y chocolate para todos.

Celebramos el Día de la Paz
El pasa
do viernes 29 de enero, todos los centros de la localidad celebramos el Día de la Paz y la No Violencia.
Nos reunimos en la Plaza de la Corredera niños y niñas de todas las edades, y allí celebramos un acto simbólico en honor a La Paz, usando como tema principal «El Rey León». En él se realizaron las siguientes actividades: discurso de inauguración por parte del director, mensajes de niños pequeños relacionados con la Paz, y por último, un baile que interpretaron los niños y niñas de quinto del Colegio de Las Pedreras, que este año era el organizador. Nosotros acompañamos la canción con nuestros bailes y moviendo nuestros banderines de La Paz.
El año pasado, fuimos nosotros los organizadores, para el próximo curso le tocará a otro colegio.
Esperamos que este acto sirva para que los niños y niñas de Calasparra lleven la Paz a todas partes del mundo.
Los alumnos y alumnas de quinto de nuestro centro, compartieron ayer una jornada cargada de deporte con el resto de colegios de Calasparra.
Salimos de nuestro centro sobre las once menos cuarto de la mañana y nos dirigimos al «Polideportivo Municipal» para reunirnos con los otros centros. Una vez allí practicamos distintos deportes como: fútbol, baloncesto, hockey y prebéisbol. Hicimos varios equipos formados por alumnos de todos los centros. Cada equipo tenía asignado un color: azul, amarillo, rojo o verde.
Pasamos una buena mañana practicando deporte y conociendo a compañeros de otros centros. Esperamos repetirlo el año que viene.
Las jornadas deportivas acabaron sobre la una y media.
